All media is copyrighted by DBMueller Photography and David B. Mueller. Licenses granted to agent for up to the time the property sells or for 1 year, whichever comes first. Photos will remain available on the property site for 1 year from time of activation. Agent may use photos in perpetuity for the sole purpose of agent or firm marketing .

Inappropriate use of media will result in immediate cancellation of license for all purposes and removal of property site.

Payment is NET 7 days from delivery of media.

Cancellation without 12 hours prior notice before scheduled shoot may result in a $50.00 fee.
